In diesem Artikel m\u00f6chten wir erkl\u00e4ren, worauf es ankommt, welche Symptome typisch sind und wie wir durch moderne Diagnostik und unser eigenes In-Vitro-Verfahren gesunde, virusfreie Pflanzen produzieren.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-extra-large-font-size\"><strong>Was ist HLVd?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HLVd (Hop Latent Viroid) ist ein sehr kleines, zirkul\u00e4res RNA-Molek\u00fcl ohne Proteinh\u00fclle. In einzelnen F\u00e4llen k\u00f6nnen dadurch selbst PCR-Tests zun\u00e4chst unauff\u00e4llige Ergebnisse liefern, obwohl eine latente Infektion vorhanden ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Unser eigener Ansatz: HLVd freie Pflanzen durch In-Vitro-Technologie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt unserer Arbeit liegt auf der Produktion gesunder, virusfreier Pflanzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HLVd ist ein latentes Viroid. Das bedeutet, dass infizierte Pflanzen \u00fcber lange Zeit keine eindeutigen Symptome zeigen k\u00f6nnen. Zus\u00e4tzlich kann die Nachweisbarkeit abh\u00e4ngig von Pflanzenzustand, Gewebeart und Umweltbedingungen variieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerade Pflanzen, die unter sehr optimalen Bedingungen wachsen, k\u00f6nnen zeitweise niedrige Viroidkonzentrationen aufweisen. Dadurch kann es in einzelnen F\u00e4llen vorkommen, dass PCR-Tests trotz vorhandener Infektion zun\u00e4chst negativ ausfallen.
