Due to the currently very high demand, we are adjusting our processes in the online shop in order to continue handling orders reliably and efficiently.
Minimum Order Quantity
Effective immediately, a minimum order quantity of 3 items applies to all online orders.
All product variants are counted together. This means you can combine different variants of a product – the only requirement is that at least three items are in the cart in total.
This adjustment helps us manage the increased order volume while maintaining the high level of service you are used to.
Shipping Days
We have also adjusted our shipping schedule. Orders will now be shipped from Monday to Thursday, after payment has been received. This allows us to ensure fast processing and reliable delivery.
Orders with payments received outside these shipping days will be processed on the next available shipping day.
